~ I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The food was completely tasteless and felt like it was prepared without any care, freshness, or proper quality checks. I had very high expectations, but what I received was honestly shocking. The waffles lacked flavor, the toppings tasted artificial, and everything felt dry and poorly made. For the price they charge, the quality should be much better. ~ What made the experience worse was the behavior of the manager, Bharath. Instead of being polite or trying to resolve customer concerns, the attitude felt rude and dismissive. When customers are already frustrated because of delays and food quality, the least expected is respectful communication that was the case during my visit.
