নিজের শহর থেকে দূরে থাকতে থাকতে যখন নিজে ভুলতে বসি বাঙালি খাবার কেমন হয় তখন হঠাৎ গ্রীষ্মের দুপুরে একফোঁটা বৃষ্টির মতো হঠাৎ করে এই The Bong Cuisine কে খুঁজে পাই। সত্যি বলতে খাবার গুলো ছিল অসাধারণ জাস্ট চুমু। আর ব্যবহার ছিল অনেক অনেক ভালো।

Had a great Bengali food after a long! Worth visiting. Would request all the Bengalis out there in Hyderabad to try their restaurant. Found Rewaji Mutton over here which is really hard to get in Hyderabad. Satisfactory taste. Tried Pabda fish which was also fresh!! A must must try ❤️

The food is really amazing and always satisfies me with the authentic taste. The serving time is a little late, but at the end, the food that is served makes it all worth it

Such a disgusting experience I've ever had, service boy was arguing continuously, complained about the chicken bhuna that it was not cooked properly, and informed the service guy he started arguing with me, very much disappointed 2 days back I've ordered tangra fish curry it's was not also not cooked properly fish were not fresh odor informed to the owner also he didn't get any proper solution.

Went for a dine in couple of times and the service was pathetic each time. 80% of the items listed in the menu is always out of stock. The waiter somehow manages to miss some of the items each time. Even after taking the order making us wait the item wont be served after 30 mins because apparently it was out of stock and nobody knew.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The service quality was poor, and the waiting time was excessive. The service staff seemed confused with our order, which further added to the frustration. Improvements are necessary for a better dining experience.

Bong cuisine has the worst possible service. I waited for more than 20 mins at the restaurant, but no one came to take the order although there were hardly any customers! I went and called the servers twice, both times they said someone Will come but no one came.

Food came after 2 hrs of waiting. Truly overrated restaurant with mediocre food quality. one person takes order, serves the food and at the end forgets what was served and creates a mess during payment. Dreadful experience
