Cozy coffee place with amazing ambiance! Visited on a weekday evening, not much rush, perfect to just sit and relax. Tried Cappuccino, Papdi Chaat, Chicken Sandwich and Hazelnut Latte, everything was really good. Coffee is amazing! Must visit if you are around. Will definitely come back again!

The food was average, and I was hoping it would be more like the old Coffee cup. Our order was delayed, but the server kindly gave us a complimentary brownie, which was really sweet of them .Since this is a new establishment, I understand that the service may take some time to settle in. I also liked that they’ve kept the same ambience as the old place, which gives it a familiar feel. Overall, it has potential, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it improves.

Came to coffee cup for breakfast The service in the morning is very slow, they forgot orders even though the crowd was less The pancakes were not cooked inside, just filled with batter Did not look like they knew what they were doing It took 45 mins for a sandwich They need to fix this

istic calling. They gracefully skipped the table, and when they finally graced with their attention, they confidently missed placing the order altogether. An hour passed. An hour. My stomach was growling louder than their speakers. And then came the pièce de résistance, the grand reveal: "Sir, that item is not available." Not available. After 60 minutes. But instead of an honest apology, they served us a platter of the most creative lies I've heard this year. I almost applauded the audacity. So thank you, Coffee Cup, for the "experience." If I wanted loud noise, zero service, and gaslighting with a side of hunger I'd have stayed home and argued with my microwave. Verdict: Hard pass.

Pathetic service and zero hospitality! We waited 25 minutes just for water, and after waiting 30 minutes for our burger, it arrived cold. Even after complaining and waiting another 10 minutes, they served us a cold burger AGAIN! The waiter acted as if we had just placed the order. No basic courtesy, no accountability and absolutely no customer service. Save your time and money—there are better places that actually respect their customers.

food was average. portion size was extremely less compared to the pricing. the sainikpuri one is better.
