Food was as always very good...lots of options. Waiter service was bit slow and they were making faces while asking for water, extra spoons etc etc n while asking help as I'm physically handicapped. I'm only disappointed with the waiter service. otherwise ambience n food was awesome. my family enjoyed the food.

Ambience is good, Food is very good but the billing team made a mistake while billing and I had to cancel my booking due to which I have lost cashback reward of allmost 2800... this is pure negligence from the billing department of Hayat

The food is quite good but not expected as last time ,number of varieties are not up to the mark and the service is good but not effective.its feel like 3 star hotel in the name of 5 star hotel.

We went for 50 th birthday and 10 guests . The service was not good at all. We had to ask for water , nan , appetizers and pretty much every thing .

The service quality was extremely disappointing. Our table was barely attended to, and we repeatedly had to call the servers for assistance. The staff appeared undertrained and unprepared. Since it was a special occasion, the experience was particularly disheartening. Such a level of service is completely unacceptable from a reputed property and brand like Hyatt Hotels

The taste of the food was not upto the mark of a 5-star restaurant. The savory foods tasted of nothing but salt, and the sweets tasted of nothing but sugar. Very disappointed with the food. And the management also was very chaotic - no proper attending the tables, no plates, no spoons, nothing was paid attention to.
