We had a very poor experience with Park Hyatt Hyderabad, mainly due to the unprofessional handling by Avinash and Maniesh (Manager). We were planning a group dinner for 24 members and noticed a 50% dining offer available on Zomato Dining. Since Zomato allows booking only for up to 8 members per app, we would have required three separate bookings. To avoid inconvenience, we contacted Avinash to check if the restaurant could accommodate the entire group under one consolidated bill while honoring the same 50% offer. On 9‑April‑2026, Avinash explicitly asked us not to book the Zomato slots, assuring us that he would check internally and arrange one bill for all 24 members with the same 50% discount. Trusting this assurance, we held off on making any bookings. However, on 10‑April‑2026, Avinash informed us that a single bill is not possible. The most disappointing part was that the 50% offer suddenly disappeared only for dinner on 11‑April‑2026, while it continued to be available for all other dates and time slots. This felt extremely misleading and caused significant inconvenience, especially since we could have secured the offer earlier if not for the assurances given. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication, lack of accountability, and misleading commitments. For a brand like Park Hyatt, this level of service is unexpected. We hope the management reviews how such situations are handled, especially for group bookings.

Good one! Tasty food. Starters were bit cold but it's fine as taste was nice. Very good service by the staff. Desserts were too good.nice ambience.

Food and ambience were good. The plates were not cleaned well. Informed them and they have replaced the plates. Didn’t expect it from a Star hotel
