This restaurant has been my favorite for two years now. My entire family loves it too. The Fried Chicken Factory deserves so much more love and popularity and I hope it gets it all soon. The food here is… incredible. Like, it’s super rare to find good Middle-Eastern food. After living in the Middle East for a really long time, I keep searching for authentic Middle-Eastern food in Hyderabad literally all the time and well, I can confidently say that The Fried Chicken Factory serves some of the best Middle-Eastern food 👏. The shawarma here is INCREDIBLE and that broasted chicken? IT’S REAL AUTHENTIC BROASTED CHICKEN. They have the machine and everything too (for people who don’t know what I’m talking about, Google the difference between broasted chicken and fried chicken, they’re not the same!). And the mixed grill kebab platter along with the garlic sauce and French fries? Delicious delicious delicious! And the pita bread here too… the cheese pide, lamb pide… manakish platter… zaatar… If it’s from The Fried Chicken Factory, it’s gonna be delicious. I have a small suggestion. Please start serving some delicious authentic stretchy cheese kunafa! It’s super rare to find it in Hyderabad and almost everyone here serves "cream" kunafa. I know you guys will do a wonderful job with it because that’s how awesome you guys are! Also, please give the option of ordering two broasted pieces of chicken as well as six broasted pieces too! I also suggest you work on your marketing team because people may not know about you guys and with more advertising and marketing, you’ll reach a wider audience. You guys definitely deserve it with the delicious food you sell. Absolutely wonderful restaurant with delicious food and super nice relaxing vibes. You guys are the best! 😁👍🏻

The place could be deceiving from it's name as it is mostly famous for their Kababs. This is not your average Influencer hyped up restaurant. If you want to try out authentic food try this place. This place is only for the people who appreciate good authentic Arabian food. I've always been a fan of their platters/Kebabs. Succulent & Juicy! If you are looking for a "Spicy fusion" taste, I am sorry this is not the place for you. As someone who has grown up eating Middle eastern food, I can Vouch for the taste. Fresh Pitas, Hearty Meat, Bomb Garlic sauce ! Maybe a little rebranding, change of Ambience & theme will make this a go-to place for Arabian food lovers.

If you're seeking an authentic Middle Eastern dining experience with shawarma and kebabs that transport your taste buds to the heart of the region, look no further. The shawarma and kebabs here are unparalleled in their quality. The kebabs were grilled to perfection, with just the right amount of char and smokiness. It felt like a genuine taste of the Middle East. If you're craving that genuine Saudi shawarma experience, this is the closest it can get in the city.

The best shawarma in Hyderabad. I was so happy to find this place which serves authentic shawarma . The only disappointing part is that the portion size is kinda small. Apart from that this is the only place which makes authentic shawarma in Hyderabad. Do try their platter as well

I recently visited this place hoping to indulge in some authentic Turkish cuisine, but I was left sorely disappointed. The chicken kebabs I ordered were far from authentic; it lacked the traditional spices and flavors that are characteristic of Turkish cuisine. The lamb kebabs were even worse - they were dry and overcooked. Overall, I found that nothing on the menu tasted Mediterranean or Turkish. The flavors were bland and lacked the signature ingredients. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Turkish cuisine.

The food is good but they have reduced the quantity significantly! We were shocked to see the same turkish platter served way less than the last time we went. One thing I absolutely hated there was the staff. One of the servers literally threw the pita in our plates and went away! When we were calling him, he was completely ignoring us. Moreover, while we were chilling in an almost empty restaurant, he got our bill in an indirect way to kick us out of the restaurant.

Food was not that great I had Turkish lamb boti - 2/10 ( meat was not properly cooked, when you are charging that much your food quality must be good) Zatar spl - 8/10 Hot chicken pizza - 5/10 I can't recommend this to my friends

I am there regular customer since the time they launched this restaurant .In the starting the taste was ossim and amazing but as months passed they really changed the taste . previously the kebabs were juicy and delicious and fries were amazing everything was top notch , but now days there kebabs are dry with very diff taste , and half of the menu is not avilable . I just want to request the owner to bring back that yummy and juicy tatse of kebabs and kindly keep every thing on d menu avilable . The new location is very compact with very less seating place , food was not tasty and lack of presentation , previously they us to give excellent presentation but now all gone I don't think will visit again .

I ordered chicken wrap and it was tasteless. The guy at the counter was very rude and lacked manners. It was evident that he took revenge on me by serving undercooked and tastless food.
