We had awesome time here, Gauranga was our server that day, he was exceptionally good with menu suggestions. Good place to have some quiet time with family

Hi. I have, uh, invited my VIP customer for a pleasant dinner, but a very, mm, pathetic experience. Uh, when I order a first drink that's Amrut, uh, whiskey, so they served it. So when I asked to repeat it, they didn't-- they don't have the stock. They said they don't

I said we have a lunch booking, someone called rinke didn't want to seat us and said we dont serve lunch. Had lunch so many times at the bar and been accor member for 15 years but first time faced such discrimination. Anyway I specifically said I want non spicy pasta and pizza since my mother was with me and she cant eat spice and we were served the spiciest versions. Italian pizza and macaroni are not meant to be so spicy but looks like novotel standards have also dropped in every way.
