This place is a textbook example of how not to run a hospitality business. We had a reservation for a group of 50 people at 2:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon, booked well in advance. Despite arriving on time, we were left waiting for over an hour. The reception staff appeared completely overwhelmed and unable to manage the crowd or handle reservations efficiently. After multiple discussions and considerable frustration, we were finally seated at 3:05 PM—leaving us with less than an hour before the buffet service ended. A word of caution: do not rely on the buffet menu listed on Zomato. Several items advertised were either unavailable or chargeable. Even the welcome drinks were limited to just two watered-down options, with the rest available only at an additional cost. The food experience was equally disappointing. Most dishes were either cold, stale, or simply not worth eating. Since the buffet was nearing closing time, nearly 90% of the items had run out and were never replenished. This was particularly frustrating given that we had arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled reservation time. To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns and requested some consideration for the poor experience, we were given a series of explanations and excuses for the mismanagement but were still charged the full amount. The only compensation offered was a few soft drinks, which hardly addressed the numerous issues we encountered. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience marked by poor reservation management, inadequate service, misleading menu information, and substandard food quality. There are far better places to spend your time and money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.

1 this is my second visit. First visit was when this hotel was new. Everything had changed. 1. No more customer service. They dint care if you made a reservation, they made us wait. Was not just me, there were 10 other people who also made reservation and were made to wait. 2. Serving welcome drink in paper cups. Is this a road side Chai shop?? We are paying a premium to have a meal here. Even the welcome drink (soda with fruit concentrate) was watered down. 3. More than 30% of the items are always out of stock. Refill time was beyond the limits (more than 30 mins). 4. Place was always short of plates or bowls. People were wandering around and picking plates from the chefs who kept few aside for delivering the live counter items. Most dishes lacked flavor. This has been my worst experience from a premium restaurant. I went the today to spend some quality family time in my son's birthday. Pity me. Will never visit this place again.

In the menu they said many coffee option but they don't even have a coffee machine. A list of pasta but in reality only two options are. Food is ceru cold. It look to me some person with catering background might have started this because all good deserts mentioned are not to be seen only routine marriage deserts are there. After repeated requiest they prepare one Prawn and gish items which was good. I think it is worth only Rs.800 per person. dont be carry away by the menu list. it is cerr3not workd buggest buffet. i think if you compare othet restaurants with same concept this is only one star.

Extremely disappointed with the food. Absolutely waste of money. Don't come with expectations from the menu available online. Not even 50% food available. Nothing compared to Masterpiece or 63 degrees. Menu says 5 veg & 5 non veg momo but only 1 available. Barely any desserts. No tiramisu, no panna cotta, many others also not as per menu. Menu says special coffees. There are none. Even staff is not aware of all items. Staff behavior is good. We can give 1 star for that. Warning...don't come with expectations. Absolute waste of 2000/- per person

The price is not at all justified for the quality of food For a buffet that claims it to be the biggest buffet in the world doesn’t really have that quality. No starters were disappointing , Hyd has way better buffet that serves more variety of starters at half the prize . won’t recommend paying 1900rs for this buffet. Better to go for 63degrees buffet
