So I visited this place with 5 of my friends on July 11th 2026. The food was really great and also the service was so good. Ambience was also good. The problem I had was with the bill. When I asked them to remove the service charge I was told to pay a mandate charge of 5% as service charge. We were ready to pay a tip amount to the person who served us but instead they demanded for 5% service charge. There was a glass that broke from our end for which we even told them if they want to add they can add this crockery damage into the bill but instead the staff asked us to pay the 5% charge which we paid forcefully. I really think even after having good food and good time with close people if things end up this way the day won’t be good. They need to stop demanding the service charges as it’s not a mandatory amount to be paid by the customer.
