The service was prompt. Service staff was really humble. The cakes are super awesome,MUST TRY🤌🏽 The English breakfast fast was bomb. The restaurant special was fine. Spaghetti Arabiata is not recommended. The coffees are average. Overall experience was nice. You can come chill with your friends and have a nice chat.

We’ve been regulars here, and the food, ambience, and service have usually been consistently great. Unfortunately, this visit was a real disappointment. Service was unusually slow, and the food was well below the usual standard. The mushroom & onion sandwich was essentially drenched in ketchup and lacked the flavour we’ve come to expect. The egg sandwich was just okay. The biggest facepalm: we asked for onion rings and one waiter confidently said they were on the menu. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, another waiter told us the café doesn’t even serve them. Hopefully this was just an off day, but this visit was a significant step down from our usual experience.

Ngl the food was good but apparently the behavior of the staff is not welcoming and the board games they are just for namesake, when we ask for it got a reply that we don't have dices it's just the board

Most of the food items in the menu where not available. Food was not good. They had only breakfast items at dinner time.

Absolutely Disappointed and quite surprised with the Quality of food everything From Pasta, Burger and even Plan Sunny side Up all let down absolutely let down. I have been to the Blore outlet and sadly this one in Jubilee hills is completely avoidable. My hunch is it will have no repeat customers , empty cafe took ages for food with absolutely tasteless food.

The place is really good but Zomato is a thief’s company don’t get trapped for there lousy offers , they have glitch in thier app and then they put it on customer to not provide the benefit. ***King thief’s company!

worst service. no maple syrup u til we asked and arrived very late. maple syrup is watery in texture. never coming back. so not recommend. pet dogs walking on dining table

we ordered some coco lychee coffee. the coconut milk had gone bad. after giving a feedback, the person at the billing counter was unbothered.
