Absolutely loved my experience at The Hole In The Wall Cafe, Hyderabad! ❤️ Such a charming and cozy place with a lovely vibe. The ambience is warm, relaxed and perfect for spending a few hours with friends or family. The food was absolutely delicious, and there’s a great variety to choose from..coffees , sandwiches & burgers!! 😋 What I loved most was the overall feel of the place.. unpretentious, comfortable and full of character. The service was also warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

We’ve been regulars here, and the food, ambience, and service have usually been consistently great. Unfortunately, this visit was a real disappointment. Service was unusually slow, and the food was well below the usual standard. The mushroom & onion sandwich was essentially drenched in ketchup and lacked the flavour we’ve come to expect. The egg sandwich was just okay. The biggest facepalm: we asked for onion rings and one waiter confidently said they were on the menu. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, another waiter told us the café doesn’t even serve them. Hopefully this was just an off day, but this visit was a significant step down from our usual experience.

Absolutely Disappointed and quite surprised with the Quality of food everything From Pasta, Burger and even Plan Sunny side Up all let down absolutely let down. I have been to the Blore outlet and sadly this one in Jubilee hills is completely avoidable. My hunch is it will have no repeat customers , empty cafe took ages for food with absolutely tasteless food.

we ordered some coco lychee coffee. the coconut milk had gone bad. after giving a feedback, the person at the billing counter was unbothered.

They were badly understaffed, food was below average and took close to 25 mins to get our food. Fries were soggy
