From the time you enter through the gates of the Taj Falaknuma, the grandeur and the elegance is going to leave you spellbound. A palace which has enthralled many dignitaries in it’s 122 year history isn’t just to be seen. It’s an experience of a lifetime to carry back with you. It’s not everyday you get a chance to walk through beautifully handcrafted history. A history so rich that it even made the Nizam of Hyderabad fall in love with the palace. We were glad to be part of the special Invite for the Tour & Hi Tea Celebrations.

It is a bar located inside Falaknuma Palace, since walk-ins are not permitted, there were few people in the bar and were using the Veranda attached to the Bar. It gives you a beautiful view of the city. Drinks ordered were mocktail & cocktail, both were well mixed and well presented. The only snack served is Nachos with Salsa. It scores high on the ambience and the city view.

I am trying to book a table here and the staff can’t even make a conversation. They just couldn’t understand my request when I wanted to reserve a place! Wondering what kind of staff the most expensive place in the city employs.

Customer servie dont speak properly, they simple disconnect you call without concluding. Worst customer service center. They cannot explain details on call.
