This is the perfect place for meetings and spending time on your own. Ordered Herbal green tea and Oolong tea based on the suggestion from 'Khusboo' and it didn't at all disappoint me. Butter cookies that come along with the tea are so fresh(Being a vegan, couldn't taste it). Requested to include vegan cookies for lactose intolerants and vegans. Will definitely visit this place again for sure. Visited this place again today within 5 days and this time my experience at this place is memorable just because og the hospitality provided by Khushboo. I wish every restaurant has a person like her. This time we ordered a Matcha green tea along with vegan 🍨 and the chocolate vegan icecream provided was awesome. One of the waiters initially told that it was not available and later Khushboo attended to us and took care of us and had showed us what a star hotel hospitality would be like. Since we couldn't eat anything being vegans, she went one step further and had offered us a complimentary Bhel Puri. This gesture had really floored us. I wish I could give a rating of 10 out of 5 :)

Again one of my 'Go-To' places... The Living Room at The Park Hyatt simply adapts a Classical Tea Setting to a Modern Indian Environment. The cookies along with their Masala Chai & Latté are crunchy yet melt in mouth. A variety of snacks & finger food options available... my favourite being Veg Panini S/W and cocktail Samosas... Macaroons & Pastries steal the show. A wonderful place for a great conversation.

I use to stay in park Hyatt after finish my work day I use to seat at the living room staffs are so attentive and progressive of their work I have marked one girl is managed smoothly I really thanks to shivrani for my coffee and bikash is making a dry fruit milkshake most of the evening time thanks both of u make my day relief stay tuned

Service by Elizabeth and Mavela was quite extraordinary. Both were incredibly attentive to my needs and concerns without being overbearing. I'm very happy with the drink quality but even more so with the service. Looking forward to coming back.

The best place to chill and relax while having coffee . The ambiance is excellent. The staffs are very polite and smart. Shout out to Miss Elizabeth for giving such a good service. Hope to see you again😎

Very peaceful place. Ambience is too good. Chocolate truffle and caramel coffee pastries are mind blowing. However red velvet looks amazingly attractive but taste is nothing extraordinary. Irani chai was ok. {uid:34169853}

Surrounded by the an ambience which is extremely blissful and beautiful, the fresh air it makes the experience delightful. The variety of desserts is good where you can choose from your preference. Not a big fan of the macaroons here but rest of the confectionery items we're thumbs up.

Fantastic ambience and great selections of coffees and teas. Service was great as well but somehow some of the sofa placings were so inside that it was difficult for us to call for service. Over all it was all well delivered. Had a great time.

We went there for a office party. They have arranged an entire banquet for us. And truth to be told it's a big letdown! Coming from a background like hyatt it's a big disappointment! Horribly less options for non-veg, veg food also very less options with not so great taste. And the the biggest bomb were the desserts! Tiramasu you shouldn't make or it shouldn't only contain cheese/cream sir! Complained to the chef of the year as well who tried to defend their food. Sad to see how a big 5 star hotel having difficulties to maintain their standards. Big letdown.

A friend of mine and I were nearby and went here because we had under an hour to while away before leaving for the airport. We ordered their over priced coffees- Madras coffee and cafe latte. Both were terrible. The coffee machine in my office has better coffee.
