no delivery by Swiggy to Nallagandla Road, gated communities???? why tie up with a lousy service? like Swiggy. who wants to battle the lousy traffic from 6pm to 9pm in front of your restaurant. customer service needs improvement. customers prefer online everywhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the valet parking service provided during my recent visit to your restaurant. I handed over my car to your valet staff in good faith, expecting it to be parked legally and safely. However, your valet parked my vehicle in an unauthorized parking area, which resulted in a police fine being issued to me. This is unacceptable, as I should not be penalized for negligence on the part of your valet service. I have already contacted your restaurant multiple times, shared the restaurant bill, and provided the photo of the fine as proof, but I have not received any proper response or resolution from your team. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is very disappointing. I request that your restaurant take responsibility for this matter and reimburse the fine amount immediately. Please address this issue urgently and improve your valet management to prevent such incidents in the future.

Very disappointing experience. The biryani portion was too small and had only 3 tiny pieces of mutton. It did not feel worth the money at all. The taste and quantity were both unsatisfactory, and I was left feeling hungry and frustrated. This was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend ordering this biryani to anyone. Paying 400 for 3 small mutton pieces and small quantity of rice is completely waste of money please don't order from this restaurant and instead of this restaurant choose mehfil or bawarchi

Never order Nihari, they are serving something else in the name of Nihari. People come here only to eat 2 kg of rice plate ( they call it Mandi and Biryani). Ambiance is full of noise, pack&go counter is within the dinning space! Staff is unprofessional and rude. People visit this restaurant just because of their location (opposite Le'Meridian hotel).

I order family mutton biryani first of all taste is not good. Biryani so many spices and very salty. West of money don't placed order the nabab restaurant biryani. I never seen this kind of biryani.
