The food was really tasty, many of the dishes like galawat kabab, sheermal and chicken gulnar tikka have the authentic Lucknow taste. The Hyderabadi Dum Biryani was also quite flavourful and well made with good quality rice. It would be great if the chef also added Lucknow Biryani to the menu. The service is quick and efficient, staff is mindful of all requests and serving staff is very attentive. I will definitely recommend for a quality, well made meal at reasonable rates.

We had to wait for 30 mints before we got our table. The Girnar kebab was tender , juicy and tasty .In the main course We ordered chicken biryani which was perfectly cooked and aromatic. It was less oily and delicious.Over all we enjoyed the food and ambiance.

pathar ka ghost is overhyped and was not at all tender. veg biryani was just fine. pista house is best. serving is too slow and waiter dont visit table again.

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience at the fine dining restaurant in Nawaabs Financial District. We initially ordered desserts on the first floor, but were told to go to the ground floor, place the order there, and eat in the waiting area instead of being served at the restaurant. This was quite inconvenient and not what one expects from a fine dining establishment. The situation became more frustrating when we specifically enquired about Kunafa at the reception and were informed that it was unavailable. Based on that information, we purchased Apricot Delight. However, upon reaching the dessert counter, we discovered that Kunafa was actually available. When we requested an exchange immediately, the staff refused and insisted that we purchase another dessert instead. To make matters worse, the manager, Shridhar, was rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. There was no effort to resolve a situation that was clearly caused by incorrect information provided by their own staff. Poor communication, lack of customer service, and an unpleasant attitude from management made this a disappointing experience. Definitely not the level of hospitality expected from a reputed establishment.

Worst table management experience. I had reserved a table for 5 members at 1:30 PM and received confirmation for the booking. However, despite having a confirmed reservation, I was made to wait for more than 1 hour and 10 minutes. After repeated follow-ups, I finally got a table only at 2:40 PM. A reservation should guarantee a reasonable waiting time, and this level of delay is unacceptable. The management needs to improve its booking and table allocation process to avoid inconveniencing customers who plan their visits based on confirmed reservations. The poor management completely ruined our dining experience. I would not recommend relying on reservations here.

Food quantity is very low compared to the price. The service was also very poor. No one came to take the order properly, and they didn’t even provide a water bottle. Staff responded quickly only at billing time. I would not recommend this hotel/restaurant.
