Our experience was amazing!! I took my sister who is an animal lover, and safe to say, this place DIDNOT DISAPPOINT!! The staff was super friendly, the animals were even friendlier 💕 and the food was awesome!! so worth it! will definitely come back and recommend!!A truly memorable experience 🌟

Experience with the pets was good but the food is below average and pricey. Zomato shows offer to pay but the owners refused to take any Zomato or Swiggy payments

I recently visited a pet café and honestly the experience was disappointing. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming and seemed a bit uninterested and lazy. I ordered a brownie shake and cheesy fries, but they first brought me an Oreo shake by mistake. After I sent it back, they finally brought the brownie shake, but it was served in a whisky glass with two big ice cubes in it. The taste was just okay, but definitely not worth ₹400. The cheesy fries were actually good, but the ketchup was extremely watery and liquidy. Instead of serving it properly in a small bowl, they just poured it beside the fries platter, which didn’t look hygienic or appealing. Overall, the food was average and the service really needs improvement. A café—especially a pet café—should feel welcoming and attentive, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.

The positioning amazing, a rescue centre, an NGO, stories about each animal but the empathy in reality seems to lack terribly in the hosts. Had a disappointing experience. They often seem to forget to mention that they treat it like a club with cover charges and when you act surprise, they comment on you causing them an inconvenience. Food is okish. Highly over priced and since we were their “customers” not patrons helping them support their “good work”, it’s a terrible value for money. They don’t let you spend time with the animals and will keep telling you order fast order fast, we have more customers coming. So positioning great, real intentions missing.

So there is an entry fee of 500rupee which is redeemable on your order and once you entered the premise you are not allowed to leave...like literally...the staff keeps an eye on you so that you cannot leave the place without ordering.....the thing that I hate the most about the cafe. Other than that the food was not good and the quantity was less.. After that let me appreciate the noble work the couple is doing❤️ rescuing dogs,cats and other animals and provide them a safe space is quite commendable and the owner is polite. The only thing that I hate was the execution to run the cafe

This place is a perfect example of how not to run a café. The security tells one thing, the staff says another, and then they expect customers to magically read charges that were never mentioned. We were inside for barely 2 minutes with zero service used, yet they tried to force extra charges on us before letting us leave. And the owner calling customers “unethical”? Thanks — that attitude tells me everything I need to know about this place. Clear communication and basic manners seem to be missing here. Visit at your own risk — not worth the stress or the ego on display.

They will not inform you but they have a cover charge per person. Owner is very rude and the food is very okaish
