There are few places that come with the sense of tranquility with a dash of friendliness from man's best friends. It is as peaceful as it can get. The staff is very courteous and hospitable with love from those cute little creatures that tickle every bone of yours till the end of your experience. Food is quite delectable and comes with a multitude of options to choose from. You are bound to stay here for the overall sense of joy and the payoff you will feel at the end of it all. A must-visit.

Our experience was amazing!! I took my sister who is an animal lover, and safe to say, this place DIDNOT DISAPPOINT!! The staff was super friendly, the animals were even friendlier 💕 and the food was awesome!! so worth it! will definitely come back and recommend!!A truly memorable experience 🌟

Experience with the pets was good but the food is below average and pricey. Zomato shows offer to pay but the owners refused to take any Zomato or Swiggy payments

I recently visited a pet café and honestly the experience was disappointing. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming and seemed a bit uninterested and lazy. I ordered a brownie shake and cheesy fries, but they first brought me an Oreo shake by mistake. After I sent it back, they finally brought the brownie shake, but it was served in a whisky glass with two big ice cubes in it. The taste was just okay, but definitely not worth ₹400. The cheesy fries were actually good, but the ketchup was extremely watery and liquidy. Instead of serving it properly in a small bowl, they just poured it beside the fries platter, which didn’t look hygienic or appealing. Overall, the food was average and the service really needs improvement. A café—especially a pet café—should feel welcoming and attentive, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.

This place is a perfect example of how not to run a café. The security tells one thing, the staff says another, and then they expect customers to magically read charges that were never mentioned. We were inside for barely 2 minutes with zero service used, yet they tried to force extra charges on us before letting us leave. And the owner calling customers “unethical”? Thanks — that attitude tells me everything I need to know about this place. Clear communication and basic manners seem to be missing here. Visit at your own risk — not worth the stress or the ego on display.

The worst service I've ever encountered in hyderabad. The owner and all are so arrogant and rude. We saw and got to knew that there are cover charges to this place and were about to leave that they stopped us and asked to pay otherwise they won't accept. they literally said "don't eat, just pay and leave" the worst staff you'll ever encounter in your life!

No one informes you about the mandatory cover charge over there and the quantity of the food was way to less, and the service was terrible with nobody paying attention. Highly deceptive business practices.
