Ordered a Ferrero rocher thick shake. I was just given some ice cream with lots of ice and a ferrero topped on it. They didn’t crush the ferreros into the shake. 🤷‍♀️

Alert !! Hair found in food ! After confronting staff - completely ignorant attitude ! They did not even sympathise! This outlet should be banned ! Horrible experience! Horrible staff ! Took forever to serve food !
