the ambiance was good bt the out door siting doses not had any kind of air in this hot summer they didnt arrange a single cooler bt when we shifter indoore it was like heaven the food tastes 10 upon 10

It's nice for a good view and basic family restaurant style food. We loved the Paneer 65 and the Double ka meetha. Lunch time was not too crowded or noisy.

Yesterday, we visited Waterfront Bar & Grill for dinner. Since it was the weekend, we had booked our table through Zomato Dineout. We wanted to sit outdoors to enjoy the lake view, so we happily waited an extra 10 minutes for an outside table. Unfortunately, the service that followed was extremely disappointing. We waited nearly 45 minutes, and no one came to take our order. I had to personally approach a waiter, and even then no one attended our table. Eventually, we ordered Spring Rolls and Malai Paneer Tikka, which were served on time. However, both dishes were served without any chutney. Despite requesting the chutneys multiple times, the staff seemed least bothered and no one followed up. Finally, I had to escalate the matter to the manager. Only after the complaint did the staff become attentive for a while. Even then, the Schezwan chutney I requested never arrived. I also had to wait 20–25 minutes and repeatedly remind the staff just to get drinking glasses. The ambience and lake view are beautiful, and the food was good, but the service completely ruined the experience. The staff lacked coordination, basic attentiveness, and a sense of urgency. Guests should not have to chase the staff for every small request. This was one of the poorest service experiences I’ve had, and I hope the management seriously works on improving customer service.

Serving staff was very less Place was not at all maintained Service was 0 And above all the food taste was not at all ok The chairs and table were dirty and no one bothered to clean them Ladies washrooms were so dirty Very much disappointed The place is at a very nice location Expected far better service and ambience

Service very slow, we waited for the second course, almost 45 mins to give food order for second course and after that he made mistake he brought non veg briyani I order veg biryani
