Dined at Tiga, and it turned out to be a slightly mixed experience, largely due to an unexpected situation. Because of the Iran war induced LPG shortage, they were operating with a temporarily reduced menu, which was clearly communicated upfront. The staff were courteous and apologetic, even encouraging us to return another time to experience their full Singaporean and Malaysian spread. Given the constraints, the limited menu was still thoughtfully put together. The Singaporean soup stood out with its depth of flavor, and the wok-tossed vegetables paired with fried rice and noodles were quite enjoyable. The dim sum was also well done and among the better dishes we tried. Also loved the fryums and the variety of sauces to try. That said, considering the premium pricing, the food didn’t quite deliver a standout or memorable experience that justifies the cost. The ambience felt fairly average for a place located within The Leela, though the service was consistently good and attentive.

the food was delicious. Faruq served us and he made the experience so delightful. From understanding our taste preference to suggesting the right dishes - Faruq was amazing. Will definitely visit again.

Great Food & Ambience, Disappointing Service The food here was genuinely yummy and full of flavor, and the ambience made for a really pleasant dining atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was dragged down by the staff's attitude. When we simply asked for extra sides, like pickle, the server seemed noticeably frustrated. To make matters worse, he condescendingly blurted out that "this is Malaysian and Singaporean cuisine"—as if we weren't fully aware of what we were ordering! Having a staff member lecture guests over a basic request really left a sour taste. Tasty food and nice decor can only carry a restaurant so far; better customer service and hospitality training are definitely needed here.
