Absolutely loved my experience at Tollywood Mandi! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors, and served fresh. The ambience was lively and perfect for hanging out with friends and family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed throughout the visit. Highly recommend trying their special mandi dishes — definitely worth it! Will surely visit again. 😍

Food was too good but coming to serving i dont like that , we have to call them 3-4 times to respond , if you take a step in serving by adding mem or any bell system its too good

We visited this place with family after watching reels on social media, expecting a Telugu film industry-themed experience. The ambience was good and pleasant. Service: Extremely disappointing—honestly, the worst. The staff were busy using their phones and not paying attention to customers at all. Even basic things were ignored. In any restaurant, the first thing they should do is offer water. We had to ask for it, and even after asking, there was no response for 20 minutes. We asked again—still no response. Only when we asked seriously did they finally bring it. We ordered starters, and since we were four people, we asked for an extra plate. The staff just looked at our faces and walked away. The same happened when we asked for an extra spoon. There is absolutely no value given to customers. Food: Taste-wise, it was average—around 3/5. Main issue: We ordered RRR Chicken Mandi, but after 30 minutes, they brought a completely different item (Bill broasted or something else) and questioned us saying, “Didn’t you order this?” Later, they said they would replace it, and within 2–3 minutes they brought another dish, calling it RRR Chicken Mandi—but it was actually juice mandi. When we questioned it, they insisted, “Yes, this is RRR.” If the original order took 30 minutes, how did the replacement come in just 2–3 minutes? It didn’t make sense at all. Customer suggestion: The service is extremely poor. Staff are mostly busy with their phones instead of listening to customers. For every small thing—tissues, water bottle—we had to keep asking multiple times. Overall, it was a bad experience for us.

No car parking lot for 4 wheeles. Mandi rice is not that much automatic. Tastes bland. No other mandi options available except BBQ and Faham. By the way both chickens taste the same, I don't know why they put different names. Not a good experience.

I ordered the Laila Lollipops and Kushi Mutton Juicy Mandi, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The Laila Lollipops had a very strange flavor that reminded me of a sweet Korean-style sauce, which was completely unexpected and unpleasant. The Kushi Mutton Juicy Mandi was even worse. The mandi rice tasted like Maggi masala rice rather than authentic mandi, and the mutton pieces had an odd, almost sugary taste. This is honestly the worst mandi I've eaten so far. If you don't want to lose your interest in eating mandi, I'd suggest avoiding this place. The restaurant itself wasn't well maintained either. There weren't even tissues placed in the tissue holder, which gave a poor first impression. Even the complimentary soup was disappointing and set the tone for the rest of the meal.
