Toops is a vibe - unlike every other cliché cafe in Hyderabad, it's a no-frills coffeehouse that's true to its love for well brewed coffee. The perfect place to work out of, its staff will make you feel at home and the dogs at the entrance are a sight for sore eyes. I'm a personal fan of the classic long black but the Vietnamese coffee and the mazagran are also worth a try! Coupled with a pesto pressant on a rainy day, couldn't ask for more.

If you want excellent coffee and light breakfast(basically just bagels). This is it. Look no further !! Forever a fan of this place, they have really maintained their quality and standard! caprese bagel, matcha latte and Vietnamese iced latte are top notch!

Ordered a long black and an omelette with grilled veggies and toast. The omelette was sad. Coffee was good. Hated the fact that I was served in paper plates and a paper cup.

You know that it's an obnoxious spot for coffee or service when the attendants act like self-proclaimed rotten honchos while making third-grade coffee and having no knowledge in the craft. Like they say, empty vessels make much noise; except in this case, the vessel itself is made of something as insignificant and gibberish as a pebble. I won't recommend it if you want your bullet-like agile Sunday to evaporate into Monday and push your determination to go to work and start your week with newfound despise and newly-obtained mindlessly forged corporate enthusiasm to buy material, or think twice before thinking of coming here the next weekend, unless you take delight in self-defamation. To put it simply, this place is unnecessarily snooty and I am waiting for a sex-deprived frustrated pseudo-rich man to crash into it with his Ferrari.

ordered a babyccino and it was just frothy milk. even if there was a misunderstanding staff can afford to not be condescending about it. menu needs to be explained or the staff needs to clearly communicate what is in your order. most overpriced cup of milk I’ve had the displeasure of having (quantity was ridiculously small for the price at that)

The owner is just rude and condescending. From the get go you don't feel welcomed. It doesn't take much to smile and be courteous so not sure what the excuse is.. What an unfortunate waste of an excellent location, could have been a really nice cozy place.

Went there this morning had a long black coffee for that price I expect a service , ordered omelette it was 250rs worthless just 4 egg omelette served. I don’t recommend it. Waste of money. For these prices you get better service & taste.

terrible service. poorly made menu. the people are so rude, they didn't even offer to explain the beverages when asked. ordered "babyccino" which was just skim milk. zero flavour.BIG scam stay away

Ordered a babbycino and gave us just milk. Even the Vietnamese is over sweetened and doesn’t taste like a Vietnamese
