Loved the warm, cozy vibe and soft background music. The food was absolutely incredible — pure foodgasm! I can still taste the sun-dried tomato hummus toast, and the mocha smoothie bowl was just as amazing.

It is the most beautiful cafe I have visited in Hyderabad . Good Staff, Drinks and food was really too good. Will be going regularly.

Came in at 9 AM for a latte—barely warm , and poorly frothed milk. Disappointing start to the day. Won’t be back.

Went at 11:15 am for breakfast and there's hardly any breakfast items available. A butter croissant is the most basic thing to be available in the mornings to go with your coffee. No Egg croissant available. like what else do people even eat for breakfast? These are the most convenient options and they aren't there. they have just put them on the menu, but unavailable. Really sad.

They have amazing coffe and vibe only suggestion would be make this place a pet friendly a coffee house should always be a pet friendly atmosphere sad this place doesn’t offer that privilege

Sometimes places have too much hype and are actually not that great. The expectations on this place were high and since the experience was not as good as I thought it would be I was disappointed. First ambience. You do not get a relaxed spacious feeling with this setup. It felt cramped. The ambience is dull and paint should have been brighter. In menu, the savoury options are limited and not that interesting. They have a few open toasts but I was not interested in trying capsicum hummus or black chana humus so we opted for avocado toast. The toast was average. In cold coffee frappe we ordered brookie frappe which I thought would be cookies mixed with frappe. But it was a brownie frappe and it tasted okay. We then ordered red pasta but that tasted more like a north indian curry than a pasta. Desserts they do not have much interesting options except the open toasts. We ordered the tiramisu toast but it was too bitter. Service is average. Another disadvantage was the fact that you have to order and pay at the counter. They do not take orders at the table. Not worth going back again.

Went for a quick coffee at True Black Film Nagar to check their new space. Interesting concept and the interiors are creative for sure. The let down was at the service. We ordered two espressos and little milk on the side. On the bill we were charged for the milk as Oats Milk. We said we don’t want oats milk just regular milk, small quantity as any other caffe would serve. They said will give us regular milk but they have to charge for it as Oats milk. We were never charged, anywhere for normal milk with espresso, only at True Black under disguise of Oats milk. Lack of professionalism here. Coffee was good, definitely better than your regular caffe. Prices on the higher side, for 2 espressos we paid rs. 500.

extremely slow service! gave us watery coffee! took wrong order and made us wait for hours! mosquitoes in the outlet! seating uncomfortable!very limited menu and horrible food aswell!
