good food very tasty items, but we have to wait for 25 to 30 mins for the order to be served. but we waited with patience and food is very delicious.

Nice place to have a quick meal. The service was quick and everything we ordered tasted good. Loved their coconut chutney.

We ate udipi dosa , but chutney was not served saying it is 'optional' and not available. Though it was visible that it was available, and time 1:30 afternoon so no point of saying it's over. It was disappointing , staff is responsible and one can guess why I got this response. They need to improve this branch like Gachibowli branch.

FAKE UDIPI.. DONT Visit 🤮 We visited this Udupi upahar after a Pooja function as we were looking for a family place with veg options to take our guest out.. But this place is worse place to visit with family ,friends or anybody for that matter.. Using the tag name of Udipi Upahar this place fools people.. ‘Yeh jagah Udipi Upahar kehlaane k layak nahi hai’.. We visited their Family lounge AC as their staff told us is best for eating with family.. However the Family lounge doesn’t have any AC or air at all.. The staff had closed the door and all ventilation so as to fool new customers.. and this makes the place like a ‘HEAT CHAMBER’ and suffocating to breathe.. In food.. this was the first Udipi Upahar with no authentic South Indian dishes.. There is no Thali available (Neither north Thali.. Nor South Thali) .. There is No Dosa available to my surprise.. We ultimately ordered the leftover options as we didn’t want our guest to think bad of Udipi.. The baddest thing is the Staff behaviour here.. especially by Manager.. who upon complaining about above points said to us.. ‘THIS IS HOW WE SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS.. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT.. DONT GIVE SERVICE CHARGE.. AND DONT COME AGAIN’.. Very very unhappy with the arrogance showed by the staff.. The embarrassment faced infront of my family and guests have made me write this review.. I would highly highly recommend evryone NOT to visit this restaurant and have the worst experience possible..

third class preparation. we ordered Pesarattu the batter was sour. Rawa dosa was like rubber. they are selling stale food. ok top it Zomato is not even mediating and owing to resolve the issue. Zomato is only to mint comission for issues customer has to fight on their own

AC doesn’t work and they make you pay from the AC menu. On top of that, be ready to not get your order unless reminder is given multiple times. They also do an incorrect billing

Food taste is fine but horrible service. 15 min post order they tell you dish is not available. Over occupied staff who don’t have time to serve you water or cutlery

This restaurant is not at all worthy and because of this outlet I lost impression on entire UDIPI.everytime they miss some order and the taste is very bad and costly
