the restaurant closed at 1 am and we went there at 12.10 and he said please order , we ordered and after keeping the food they did not serve just kept on table after keeping on food they just came for do payment fastly we have to close we did payment at 12.30 then no one came , while parking our car no security gaurd was there. the food was excellent. I'm disappointed with the service

The hostess was very rude with us,”she directly said to us,i have a table with no ac no fan, should i seat u there”while we also had reservations still we had to wait, food was good though..

They didn’t let us sit where we wanted to even though the place was empty then they kept starting at us from 12:40 onwards even though the place closes at 1:00 am

⭐ 1/5 One of the worst hospitality experiences. We had a booked table for two, finished our food and stepped away for a few minutes to click pictures. We hadn't asked for the bill or paid, and my bag was still on the table. When we returned, our table had been given away and my bag was moved to reception without permission. Staff said they assumed we were done. The manager claimed customers were waiting, but I had checked before leaving and nobody was waiting. They later said customers inside wanted an outdoor smoking table, but we saw the people given our table walk in only after we left for pictures. Earlier, we were told another table couldn't be given to us because customers' bags were still there while they were taking pictures. Yet our belongings were moved without asking. Extremely disrespectful and poor hospitality.

Incomplete menu They do not have anything ready, I was there at 9 am got breakfast. Ordered English breakfast did not have bread as they did not receive it yet it seems - waiter informed me. Only had 3 options in the menu

Asked for Iranian breakfast and he got us English breakfast. This is my second visit and felt disappointed again. Most items including juices weren’t available. Don’t wish to visit again.
