Urban Beats, a good hangout place, just walked in with my friends and loved the ambience, excellent management of bartenders they are quick, efficient and calm. Scrumptious food, crowd and music makes this place more lively. I appreciate the idea behind Urban Beats, may you grow :)

I visited the Bar today with my friends but the service boys are very rude & also not responding properly.. I would not suggest friends & family to don’t visit the Urban beats just nee of Rude behaviour of Statf… Bloody

Had a very bad experience at this place. The staff is very rude and do not have the minimum ethics of behaving with the customers. Would not recommend this to any one in future

Worst service i have ever seen waiters are very rude also food taste is not good i will not recommended anyone to this restro bar because of their staff rude behaviour

The worst staff ever seen no proper response and very rude behaviour. Never suggest.Try to bring some professional staff but price and ambience is cool.

Very rude staff … won’t even take order till your female friend arrives in roof top. Ground floor too dark for couples to go !!!

worst food also they scam in billing. do check your bills twise before payment. this scam happens 2 times with me
