Vac's was once upon a time the only decent solace for foodies like me for a nice burger or puffs. The only patisserie around in Karkhana in the 2010s we used to frequent this place for s quick bite. I particularly loved their Burgers which were expensive but yummy.

Old patisserie with years of experience in cakes and bakery food. However my recent visit was disappointing as the chicken rolls and puffs tasted old and lacked flavour. The dizzy dogs that were once famous have lost their quality and tastes rather bland. Could be improved!

Recently I visited vacs, not at all great experience, chicken burger was mediocre but the price was not at all worth, pricing around 300₹ and giving lays packets with burger, horrible service. Better to close the store

Gone to dogs. What a shame to see this place drop its quality to extremely low standards. Better off going to a local baker. Continental chicken burger was a total let down with patty so dry and lettuce being very soggy. Both me and wife could not finish our respective burgers. My daughter ordered a margarita pizza which was terrible to say the least. Dry base with a whole lot of ketchup and no flavour at all. Cheese tart used to be by favourite but to my surprise it was dry and completely off. Needless to say we are not going to visit ever again.

the restaurant has just fallen below all standards. they are denying people to sit and eat. with almost 50 minutes left for the restaurant to close, the guy at the order counter denied sitting and eating after the billing. imagine visiting with a toddler and asked to take away and leave. the same could have been communicated before the billing. the manager needs to gear up the service of this place.

they charge full cancellation fee on ready made bakery items. bakery items have a shelf life of atleast couple of days. if a order is cancelled within 10 mins of placing it why would there be any wastage. it can be sold to someone else. but I was charged 100% cancellation fee.

Used to be a go to place for me for snacks since years. But service is disappointing and rude and rejected online payment which is available even in the smallest shops but not here apparently.

Dear Vac's, What happened to your taste , The burger and Pizza were very sub standard taste wise , moreover we had a dine-in and the burger and Pizza were so cold.

The standards have come down rapidly. Utterly disappointed with the chicken burger. Absolutely no value for money.
