Once the hottest of Patisseries in Hyderabad in the early 2000s it is however on the hot seat sadly now. The reason is apathy of staff and lowering if standards. They are not able to match the mobility of the present generation and the new age gourmet patisseries in and around Hyderabad. My own experiences as a former ardent exponent of their delights is now turned into dismay and chargrin. Wake up guys and stop keeping packing cartons with roach balls.

Waited 10 mins to place a take away order. No one bothered after asking if anyone can take the order multiple times while there were not more than 5 customers there. Will not be visiting again.
