To start with the vacs staf, bery good and polite staff, very cooperative, humble and mostly helpful. I placed an order for the Numeric shape cake for anniversary. It turn out to be exactly the same way as I requested with all customised options for message on cake, color and everything else. Thank you Vacs team for this wonderful service. Cale was very tasty and fresh. It was all possible with utmost support from Mr.Sridhar specifically who made it possible and success. Also Mr. Naresh. Who heled in taking order. To fullfill the requirements of the customize options Mr.Sridhar went out of the box and made it more satisfying. Great efforts, really appreciate.!

**Late Post** I've been to the place multiple times and i love the snack items that are served here..though most peoplemlove the sweet section ( cakes, pastries) I love the ginger chicken bun and chicken 65 roll. They are the best in town and i usually visit and have them for its mouth watering taste

Very very moist cake! Pricing is bit high but the taste makes it up for it in spades. Tried the savoury and sweet confectionery goods too, few were very tasty while few are average. Must go for celebratory cakes.

Chocolate Vanilla Pastry 😍😋 The taste of this delicacy was awesome. Looking forward to taste many more pastries & snacks of this restaurant.

Once Upon a time Vacs was full-o-beans- that seems to be a thing of the past. Yesterday for old times sake bought some apple pie and Chocolate pastries- there was a weird distaste of some kind of chemicals in it. Called up the patisserie and mentioned it. The four stars are for old times sake. Next time if this happens those emotions will go out of the window for sure!

Eat anything but not this shit i there's no taste. Please take this out and put hot dog instead..please don't eat this and burn ur money this is waste please remove this useless item i wish owner sees this and put chick hot dog instead of continental beggar

This is the 2nd time im experiencing delay in my cake delivery which i had ordered one and a half day in advance. Forgetting to bake your cake or baking the cake in a wrong shape are their signatures! If you are ordering a cake for a birthday party etc , before picking up please make sure you call them and remind them that they have an order from you and that they are supposed to deliver on that particular day. Pathetic service , worst attitude.!Waste of time and money.

I have been to vacs many years, recent experience was worst...... plum cake literally taste like some soap, don’t know what chemical they added, burger was worst .....worst experience

Hi Small plastic string came in one of the pastries. Please be conscious while buying. I have been to this store since 5 years .now need to think thrice while having a cake here
