This is my regular place that I go to for nice shakes, pizza and desserts. The ambience is nice and bright and the menu offers a large variety of pasta, pizza, sandwiches, burger, open toasts, etc. They have a huge glass display for desserts. Their desserts include cheesecake, pastries, waffles, churros, etc. We ordered the chocolate Ferrero rocher milkshake which was good. We ordered mushroom pizza and even that was really good. We then ordered biscoff waffle and that tasted good as well. Very nice place, excellent service worth visiting.

We enjoyed having dinner with family at this place. Tried all veg items - Bombay Masala Sandwich, Avacado toast with Poached eggs, and Mocha Frappe stood out. It's worth tasting and repeating. Hummus Tostie and Paneer Club sandwich were average. These 2 food items and club sandwich in general you can give it a miss. Will visit here to try non veg sandwiches and burgers next time.

We visited this place for a late lunch. It had a good mix of Italian, mexican dishes. While they had a lot of dessert options, the taste was pretty average. and the price was too high. average taste, overpriced dishes, not a must visit place

Ordered for a veg burger, they gave chicken burger. When I noticed the same, they said casually they would change it without understanding the magnitude of mistake they had made. The staff are really poor, they do not listen to customers, don't adhere to the orders, make careless mistakes.

we tried mango salsa and avocado filo, mango salsa was bad experience as they used ripped mango, May be raw Mango would have done the magic and made the salsa tangy sweet, anyways I dint like. avocado filo was also a so so dish.

Today I visited Van Lavino Cafe & Patisserie - Jubilee Hills. The ambience was inviting and my initial experience was quite pleasant. I enjoyed the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders and Fish and Chips, both of which were tasty and well-prepared. However, my visit took a disappointing turn when I headed to the dessert section. I was looking forward to buying a cake, but was shocked to see cockroaches roaming inside the cake display area. For a café that presents itself with such high standards, this was simply unacceptable and extremely concerning from a hygiene perspective. Witnessing this made me lose my appetite for dessert and strongly reconsider any future visits. Maintaining proper hygiene is fundamental, especially in food businesses. This experience made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. I hope the management addresses this issue urgently to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers.

Horrible food. We ordered a ceaser salad and we basically just got lettuce with mayo. We also ordered a chicken cilantro sandwich which we so stale. Never going back here again.
