Avoid this place if you value basic customer service. Manager Aziz and the front-desk staff have zero sense of accountability. We specifically asked for indoor seating, only to be met with a cloud of smoke and an attitude of 'it’s your fault for not asking.' Since when is the burden on the guest to investigate if a restaurant follows basic indoor air standards? No apology, no attempt to fix the situation, just pure deflection. Completely unprofessional

Deeply disappointing experience, largely due to the behaviour of Aziz and the front-of-house team. Despite requesting indoor seating, we were seated in a smoking area without any prior disclosure. When we complained, rather than apologising, staff questioned why we hadn’t asked about it in advance. That response alone says everything about the standard of service here. Would not recommend.
