Had a great experience at Whisky Samba! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Ratan for being so kind and letting us try tasting samplers of their signature drinks. Really appreciated the gesture! Overall, a lovely experience. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

i have to say that the food was absolutely amazing. some of the best I have jad in Hyderabad (the dimsums were just top notch). The service is fantastic too. I can see how the price points can be prohibitive though. it is on the expensive side especially the drinks.

Disappointing Service Despite a Good Start I visited WhiskySamba to celebrate my Mom’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations. When we first arrived, the staff were welcoming and courteous. We informed them that a few more family members, including children, would be joining us. Due to heavy traffic and rain, they arrived about an hour later. However, once the rest of our family arrived, the service noticeably changed. The staff largely stopped attending to our table. Food was brought to the table in bowls, but it was not served onto our plates. We eventually had to serve ourselves, and later had to call the staff multiple times just to get assistance with serving the children. What was particularly disappointing was being charged more than 10% as a service charge despite the level of service we received. Considering that we had to repeatedly call the staff and serve ourselves, the additional service charge felt quite unreasonable. The ambience and overall place were good, and the food was okay, but for a family birthday celebration, the service and attitude of the staff matter just as much as the food. Unfortunately, that part of the experience left us disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and looks into both the staff’s approach towards customers and the practice of adding such a high service charge.
