Had a very disappointing experience at Whistling Brew, Kompally, due to their poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy towards customers. We had to wave our hands multiple times to get the staff's attention, but our requests were repeatedly ignored. What made the experience even worse was that the 8 member staff seemed to be paying constant attention to tables with female customers while neglecting ours, while 3 of them were just standing idle. This kind of selective attention is absolutely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment's hospitality and professionalism. Every customer deserves equal attention, respect, and timely service, regardless of who they are. A good ambience alone cannot make up for such terrible service. The management seriously needs to train its staff to be more attentive, respectful, and customer-friendly.  Would not recommend this place if you expect decent hospitality.

this cafe always cancels the order after placing the order, are you guys have any shortage of ingredients or what but this happened multiple times with me, I'm not complaining about their food and taste it's so good that it hurt when they cancel the order. Don't do that because I really love to have food from this place when my mood if off but by canceling the order you literally ruin it more
