The restaurant said it does not cover some items in the discount provided. This should not be accepted. when you say 35% discount on the whole bill then all items including food, alcohol quantity example bucket beer also should be covered. This needs to be taken as a priority to satisfy all the customers

I had 10 cocktails with my booking but they didn’t gave us a choice. They said they have only one specific cocktail which was pathetic, which they will offer and there was no alternative of mocktails in that case. Some were left with no option but to pay for the drinks which I should have got as complementary

I booked a table at White Hart in Gachibowli through the District app, expecting a nice night out with a solid 35% discount. Instead, the whole thing felt like a complete bait-and-switch. When we got there, we weren't even given regular menus or normal table QR codes. Instead, the staff pulled out a QR code on their personal phones for us to scan. When the bill came, it was obvious why: they had hiked up the prices on that menu by 40% to 50%, effectively wiping out the discount and charging us regular prices anyway. When we brought it up, they just brushed it off saying the app menu "wasn't updated," but honestly, it felt way too deliberate to be a simple mistake. To top it off, the service was disappointing and the staff made the whole vibe feel off. The live band was actually decent, but the misleading pricing and poor hospitality completely ruined the experience. I definitely won't be going back.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to White Hart. After being seated, we had to wait an unreasonably long time before anyone came to take our order. The service continued to be poor, as we had to ask multiple times before cutlery was finally provided. Additionally, no tissues or napkins were brought to our table throughout the meal, despite the need for them and despite staff being aware of our table. Even when we were leaving, nobody had attended to this. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of attention and slow service. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future customers.
