The staff is not aware of their own policies and straight away denied that they will not take payment of Zomato. then the person said to show him what is the amount after discount and asked me to pay the amount on the counter QR code which is again suspicious. secondly when I said the amount will be different because I have coupons and showed him the amount he straight away denied saying we can not accept such low value payment and called someone to confirm it when he was continuously trying to enforce that how come the payment is that low. Third after showing him everything price details and breakout he agreed and asked me to pay in the app which I did and then he asked for a photo when I handed over my phone he was adamant about why I paid through zomato district and did not inform him, upon asking when I gave you the breakdown and showed you the amount you didn't see it was district or what and moreover it's zomato and your restaurant is listed on it with the applied offer.
