service is very very slow we have ordered a coffee based deink nachos and Sandwich and they took 45-50min to complete. also the portion size was very small, was disappointed

The services are getting worse, especially if you order a delivery instead of dine-in. 3kms from my place so I order iced coffees very often - the containers leak EVERY SINGLE TIME. No amount of raising concerns has helped. On 13th april, they sent me room-temperature capuccino instead of the iced cappuccino I had ordered. Upon calling the restaurant, the excuse was that IT HAS MELTED ON THE WAY. The cappuccino I received HAD NOT EXPERIENCED ANY CONTACT WITH A REFRIGERATOR even, much less a cube of ice. It’s crazy how these people get away with bare minimum service.

I always liked the food from here but had terrible service while dining in. I had to work but there was No wifi and I experienced subpar service. Iced coffee was served in plastic cups. Completely unexpected from such a reputed chain.

The service was awful super slow they served us coffee way before the food like 45 mins before serving us our food, and it took 1 hr to serve them a sandwich.
