The staff was very helpful. They were able to customise some food and drinks for us. They informed us prior what items on the menu were not under the Zomato discount. Food was great! Will definitely go back.

The waiter named Vinod comes to me in the end with the receipt and tells me that the items I ordered are not covered via Zomato. And twenty seconds later, he comes back to say I can pay via Zomato. The impolite and unprofessional attitude of Zing Sky Bar could improve.

Disappointing Experience Despite Decent Food While the food at this restaurant was reasonably good, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The service was excruciatingly slow, requiring multiple reminders just to get the basics done. It felt as though the staff were inattentive and overwhelmed, which significantly detracted from the dining experience. What truly ruined the evening, however, was the complete disregard for guest comfort when it came to mosquitoes. I was repeatedly bitten throughout the meal, and despite lodging several complaints, it took an unreasonably long time before any mosquito repellent was provided. By the time it arrived, the damage had already been done — I was left uncomfortable and itching, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the evening. A restaurant may serve decent food, but when basic hospitality and guest well-being are ignored, it leaves a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, that was the case here. Strongly recommend better training for staff and immediate attention to customer comfort — especially something as basic as a pest-free environment.

One of the most atrocious dining experiences I've had in recent times. The food was terrible and I strongly advise against booking a table using Zomato or any other app for this place. There are no drink options available if you book through an app, and the drinks they do serve are awful. We ordered a chicken starter which wasn't even cooked properly. The hospitality was absolutely dreadful. We spent around 10k for a party of three, and the same meal at Hard Rock downstairs wouldn't have cost us half as much. Overall, the experience was horrible. The service was abysmal, the food options were limited, and the drinks were a disaster. Try avoiding this place and find somewhere better to spend quality time with your friends. Cheers!
