~Zouq, Rd No. 2, Banjara Hills~ This Tuesday (26th August), after watching a movie, we went to Zouq for dinner. Reached there about 11 PM (quite late). We were greeted with warm smiles and seated promptly, in spite of reaching at such late hour. Ordered Lebanese Zattar Shish Kabab- Lamb, Joojeh Lamb Kabab with Saffron Rice, and Cream Cheese Kunafa. Each and every item were excellent. The Zattar Shish Kabab was brilliant. And I was amazed that at even almost close to midnight, we were served with patience and smiling faces. That's what we expect from a restaurant. Kudos to the team.

Had amazing food at Zouk. Ordered cream of broccoli mushroom and murg soups, grilled kebab platter and cold mezze platter. Every item was amazing. Zoya has provided us with amazing service explaining each item and helped us with our order too.

one of the most authentic and hygienic arabic cuisine spots with a decent arab inspired ambience. The staff is very polite and welcoming. A must visit spot if you are a gulf return and crave for authentic arabic food👌🏻

A very good place if you are a lover of Persian, Turkish or Lebanese food....it is a quite relaxed place suitable for everyone. there kebabs are nice.

The food is delicious but the service needs to be improved. we asked for veg soup and they gave non veg inspite of mentioning it very clearly.

Food is good. But horrible ambience - horrified to see that restro is saving money by not running the ACs at 38 deg C Hotel guys are instructed to sell the water - they refused to serve normal water.

the waitress did not explain much we had no idea about Turkish food anyways we went for a non veg platter no not that happy more over its costly also and average kind of food

The manager is the worst manager you can ever imagine Extremely unprofessional the most pathetic place I have ever been to in my life a street fast food vendor is a million times better than this restaurant and much more polite and professional majority of the food was either undercooked or burnt the most pathetic place I ever encountered in my life would never recommend anyone to ever go to this restaurant in their life even if it is the last option would rather suggest to go to a street fast food vendor and would be much more happier with their service and the food provided
