They have stopped serving any vegetarian starters , vegetarian grill option is below standard, giving it 3 star because I’m a non vegetarian and mutton was amazing 👍🏻

Food was good, but most of the spread was finished salads, soups and deserts, nothing restocked. Curries and other items were stone cold as if they’ve been lying there for long time. Restaurant looked short staffed one naam, roti order took atleast 20 minutes.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience at Barbeque Nation was so disappointing that I feel people should know before spending their hard-earned money here. Our table was booked for 3:45 PM and we arrived around 4:00 PM, which is barely a delay. Instead of a normal welcome, the person at the reception spoke to us extremely rudely and bluntly told us not to enter, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than guests. The attitude was shocking and completely unprofessional. A restaurant’s hospitality begins at the entrance, and ours was ruined before we even stepped inside. What makes it worse is that this isn’t the first issue with this place. The food quality has been inconsistent, and several items have felt stale or poorly prepared during previous visits. When you’re paying a premium buffet price, the least you expect is fresh food and respectful service. Dining out is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, not something where you feel unwelcome and disrespected. Unfortunately, the management here seems to have forgotten the basic meaning of hospitality. If a restaurant cannot treat customers with basic courtesy and maintain food quality, it seriously needs to rethink how it operates. There are far better places to spend your time and money. Very disappointing experience. 😐

very poor. I booked table slot for 12:30 pm but I was told that kitchen starts at 1:00 pm. I came back at 1:00 pm, got seating but the poor service started at 1:35 pm onwards. pathetically they served grilled paneer that was colld and it was not getting roasted on the grill properly as the coal wasn't properly lit. non grilled snacks were served very late. potato snacks was served only once, mom grilled veg snacks were not served adequately,drinking water wasn't cold but room temperature, servers were busy serving nonveg non grilled items nly promptly. I already mentioned before booking of table that this is occasion of anniversary of my relatives, still no cake was available. above of all my bill was punched in nonveg section. all together poor service, pathetic appearance, loss of hard earned money, stale green kebabs, ill behavior, incorrect bills, I don't advice others to go this place, specifically vegetarians

It was my anniversary and they didn’t treated us good. Food was good but the service was very delay. I went for the service and the ambience, but they make us wait, specially my wife, she was having veg meal and they make her wait for 10 minutes in between the meal. Even my sister called the manager and told them to give good service to us but for a moment they were good with us and then again same thing, waiting for the starters, no special treatment, and in the very last they cut the cake, saying in front of my wife that “shall we cut the cake” no surprise at all! Even I called them personally to inform that it’s my anniversary, so can you please cut the cake for us, but they did in the last with only 2 members. I am very disappointed, my special day got ruined.

Long wait queue. Didn’t get the reserved table in time and got a table after waiting, standing outside for about more than 30 minutes. Service was too slow, waiting at the table for a long period of time for the fulfilment of our order due to which ended up leaving almost the midnight. Visit if you have a lot of time so that you may have the luck to get the table.

bad food, not cooked properly, almost all main course gravies were not having the main items like koftas, paneer. dahi bada was without bada, plain dahi. service was too slow.
