hi guys Visited burger King in citadel pheonix mall , before this i only tried burger King in Delhi, Pune , bhopal and Hyderabad. well Ambiance of all major franchise are the same with self service, small table's for sitting, menu on the screens. We ordered french fries, ice cream cold drink and a veg wooper burger, everything was okay specially the burger , the bun was dry, and properly cooked, tikki was is proper cooked but was soft and same size as the burger, the burger had filling of nachos which made every bite crunchy, I am sure without nachos it will feel very soggy overall if you love veg burger than this is not a place for you the vegetable taste is okay they are not putting attention in veg burger their main focus is on non vegetarians Overall not recommended for veg lovers .

Horrible is the word .not all burgers kings outlets I'm talking about but the one in phoenix Mall. service is disaster staff is totally clueless ,slow, untrained and ful of bad attitude .n above all horrible burgers n shakes i had ever in my life .. dry n tasteless..no Veggies.. plus they did not serve us the whole oder n told us order is complete.. we have to chk back bil agin n have to wait again for remaining order ...heights littrally.

Very poor management, order display system was not working , clearly they failed to cope up with scale. Also seeking only limited higher priced burgers
