New place in town...Beautiful....fresh....and a great feel. Look n feel both are excellent. The name denotes birthday celebrations...Cake me up.... Menu was not that elaborated but yes its more than this for a part lunch small birthday parties. Food- 3 Ambience-4 Service-4

Extremely saddened with the manager's behaviour at Twilight. I went there day before yesterday to enquire about a concert happening today. The lady there told me the exact amount for 4 stag entries. Today when I went there to make the payment this rude guy refused. I explained him the whole scenario but he did not agree. Also he said there are 100 staff members and he doesn't know who said what. I told him I'm a regular visitor to their restaurant to which he said he has never seen me. Even after making so many requests he did not listen to me. I told him I'm going to raise this issue on social media, he said you don't have any proof. Also his tone of voice was really rude and high at the same time. #Rude #WOWHotel #Twilight #BadExperience

They're a Five star hotel why? I wonder. Their servers do not know service etiquettes. Place is not at all welcoming! Never going back...!
