I ordered fruit cake which was smashed. It was really embarrassing infront of all. Zero raring for zomato delivery. The taste was good but it was really embarrassing

Shame on you folks. Serving stale food to your customers. The quality of your food is so downgraded I'm still having a stomach ache after eating baked snacks from your Cafe. You guys needs an inspection from food authorities in your cafe

I ordered a cake last week, and I clearly mentioned about the writing on the cake, which wasn't there and it wasn't eggless also which I also mentioned in the instructions, so my expirience with cakes 365 ws quite disappointing.
