We visited the restaurant for dinner and the ambience was really good with flowing water and dim lighting. The ambience was good but we had a stroller and due to stairs it was a bit tough to take it in. In food we tried their chilli oil dimsum, chengdu chicken, wok tossed noodles and pineapple fried rice all of which tasted good.

Terrible experience !! Booked a table a day in advance. Once we arrived - we were made to wait outside for 10 min and then told no table till 9 PM. No apologies. Just a statement. Basant just looked and said no table before 9 PM. There were 2 more managers just standing there. No explanation. How can you take a reservation- have my name on the list - and then not give a table. Spoilt a father’s day celebration and then on Sunday night we had to struggle to find a reservation somewhere else. All this while they are busy taking new reservations !! Useless management.

Shocked at the fall of this restaurants standard in terms of service, portion size, and diminished value for money. Service is appalling, especially cause I have known the standard this place had set for years and years. Our server was better at debating than hospitality. Unable to take a feedback kept blabbering nonsense. The food which was exclusive and value for money once upon a time is now limited in options and and prices are steeper than ever. I don't think I would want to visit again.

They were understaffed and or food was delayed by over an hour despite repeated requests. For even water to be served we had to request multiple times and there was senior management person to address our grievance. Never visiting again as they do not seem to be improving their services.
