Food taste is good, But when we tried to pay the bill through Zomato, Hotel manager said they will not remove the service charge because we are paying through Zomato. These type of Policies are bad. Manager said they will remove the service charge only when we are paying through card, Or UPI payment. Big hotels but small cheap mindset and rules

I really liked the food taste n quality, ambience, and the services they provided including our table Decor and cake cutting table Decor also the Staff is so polite, also they gave us complimentary mocktails which was a lovely gesture. CONS:- Washroom was not clean charged service tax which is wrong.

Food was good but service was very bad today. Firstly, we ordered plain roti and waiter brought butter roti then instead of paneer rara with bellpeppers they brought it without bellpeppers. Finally in the bill they missed one of the dishes we ordered and we had to ask them to get it added. Something was very off in the service.

I didn’t like the food. First I ordered fish tajin which wasn’t available, then there was a problem with second order as well. I then finally ordered Pasta which wasn’t appetising at all. Price isn’t worth the taste.

Very slow service, food was not upto the mark. Chicken had absolutely no taste, the drink made was bad. Waited for an eternity for the order to arrive but by then was jot hungry. Poor service and an absolute disappointment.

Too many mosquitoes and noone from service was bothered to take any action about it. They arranged mosquitto coils almost after 1.5 hours of rigorous follow up.
