The food quality was acceptable, but the restaurant engaged in deceptive practices. When we received the bill, we encountered several issues: 1. We requested the removal of a charge for a water bottle we didn't use, which we initially considered an honest mistake. 2. Subsequently, we asked to have the service charges removed, but were informed that they are mandatory in Indore. 3. We ordered 4 pieces of veg California rolls but were charged for 8, resulting in an overcharge of Rs. 370 (Rs. 799 - Rs. 429). 4. When we sought a refund, we received only Rs. 320 in cash. Repeated instances of overcharging and deception suggest a deliberate scam. I have attached the bill as evidence of the restaurant's fraudulent activities.

after our order arrived, they asked us to vacate the table by saying that these were pre booked and said that they will provide a chair at the bar table. After we moved to the bar table, they said there were no chairs. Our table was still vacant and there was no one occupying the table. We left our ordered food and drinks and paid the bill and left the place. Very rude staff. No Courtesy

Pathetic Place. The owner MONU is extremely rude and unprofessional. he told us '1:30 pm se pehle ghusne nahi dunga, niklo yaha se' but committed us the time of 12pm at the place to visit. They charged Us extra than the deal finalized, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Our whole event was ruined because of this. not recommended at all.

Extremely rude and unprofessional owner and manager. Pathetic service with zero concern for customers. Faced a payment issue that was handled arrogantly instead of being resolved properly. Completely ruined the experience. Not worth the money or time—avoid this place.

They did not accepted payment through Zomato. If they are not accepting payment through Zomato then there is no sense of giving any discount offers. Stop this discount offers and fooling people with discount offers

Pathetic experience. The staff is very rude and impolite. They only pay heed to their regular visitors. The food is also terrible. Go to this place only if you want to spoil your evening.

worst experience ever in Indore City. no decent behaviour from the staff. does not respect women at all. Unnecessary chaos created by the staff. don't even provide a chair to sit on.
