The only issue I faced was that nowhere before booking on zomato was it mentioned that we cannot pay through zomato. After ordering the lunch buffet the restaurant staff informed us that we cannot pay through zomato for the lunch buffet, however payment through zomato is allowed for dinner buffet. I believe there should be transparency while booking.

I was staying at Sayaji Hotel Indore, and my experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. During breakfast, I was served bread with visible fungus. This is a serious food safety violation and reflects a complete lack of basic hygiene and quality control. Serving spoiled food to guests is not just negligence—it is dangerous and can lead to severe health issues. What is even more concerning is that this is not the first time I have raised complaints about food quality during my stay, yet there has been no improvement. This clearly shows a lack of accountability from the management. For a hotel that claims to maintain high standards, this level of carelessness is shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.
