food was really good ...but most importantly the service was excellent the person who served us was really prompt, courteous,and quick..he personalized our order understood my need and served food very happy with his service thank you redisson...it was good experience

I visited here after very long time on Friday and I met two amazing person there Hariom & Vijendra there . They both were very kind and gentle towards me. Their service and food was very good. Everything was on point

I visited 3rd time this place and its super place for relax the mind and stress. And great staff serving the drinks and snacks by specially Sagar Lal. I would visit again there for relax.

We had a wonderful experience at Ethyl bar Radisson Indore. The food is absolutely delicious and Aman Sharma was very courteous and helpful 😊cheers🥂Keep it up

I've never had the food here but I can attest to the quality of coffee and drinks. Their standard cappuccino is better than that of other places in the city. I asked for a dry cappuccino and it was perfect. On other occasions, I've ordered drinks, their selection is decent, and they make the classic cocktails well. The staff is very courteous. Docking one star for the slowness of service. It once took 30 minutes for someone to take our order. Drinks take a while to come and getting a hold of someone to take the payment also takes a long time. Other than that, it's a great place to leisurely sit and chat with friends or associates.

A refined and elegant lounge with an impressive cocktail menu and a wide range of drinks. Perfect for an evening with friends, a casual date night, or even just a pre-dinner drink. The bartender was attentive, friendly, and highly professional, which made the experience even better. Another plus is its location within the hotel premises, giving easy access to three excellent restaurants under the same roof. Highly recommended any time of the day.

The overall experience was very disappointing at Ethyl Bar. Ambiance is very dull, wasn’t staffed enough which resulted in poor service. Mineral water and soda wasn’t chilled at all, sparkling water wasn’t available, choices of drinks and cocktails are limited and food manu doesn’t offer much options either. Ethyl bar is being prompt as pro on Zomato and offers 25% discount to the pro members, at the time of billing they told us the discount is not applicable on the drinks, however, in the terms and conditions it’s not being mentioned that discount is not applicable on alcohol. Recently, we went to 54 Praangan at Indore Marriott, everything was excellent be it ambiance, service, food, drinks, also Zomato pro discount was applicable on drinks and food both.

Horrible service. Very very slow. Doesn’t seem like you’re dining in a 5 star. Roti served before subzi. And even after getting it, it was cold. Also they have extremely limited options. In fact they don’t even serve water if you don’t ask for it.
