Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. I had a reservation, but still ended up waiting while the staff got a table ready—and it wasn’t even properly cleaned when we were seated. That already didn’t feel right. What made it worse was the service after that. No one came to take our order, and I actually had to get up and find a waiter myself. Even later on, there was still no one attending to us, and I had to do the same thing again. The food was good, no complaints there. But the overall experience was affected a lot because of the service. It just felt like no one really cared. And then seeing a service charge on the bill after all this was honestly disappointing. It didn’t feel justified at all. I hope you take this seriously and improve the service, because right now it really doesn’t match the standard you’re charging for.

Very disappointing experience. We went to Eurasia and at the entry they suddenly told us it’s stag entry ₹1500 per person. This was not mentioned anywhere—not on Google, not on social media and not informed beforehand.
