We went to the place last night which a monday (non busy day according to me). The place is good but the food quality and quantity is getting awful day by day. 1. We ordered salty fries for our 2 year old kid but they gave us fries with Chaat masala in it. 2. Spring Rolls were too dry and rolls were also broken 3. we ordered crispy corn 2 plates and quantity in both the plates were different. 4. The captain comes to take the order for food after we finished our starters time was around 10.30 PM we told him to come after 5 minutes but the guy didn't came till 11.05 PM. in between we told waiter 4 times to take order but the captain didn't came, we were furious with all these so we asked for bill and left, but till the end the captain didn't came, but went till gate without paying the bill then the waiter asked manager about the same, then the manager came we explained them the whole scenario and he called captain then they just said that the bill amount if we don't pay they will debit the same to waiter and both left leaving the waiter with us, then we clearly told the waiter that he doesn't have bear the loss, at the end they didn't do anything about the situation we called the caption then said the you should pay the bill because you didn't came to take order but he casually told us that he was stuck at the big table which is a absurd and unreasonable excuse for his mistake, these is my 3rd negative experience at these place, won't be visiting again at all and won't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely pathetic service...specially the guy handling customers on front desk..his attitude is as if he is the owner of the place...i went with my 2 months old baby after calling them and confirming that there was no waiting...pathetic customer handling...will never visit again in my life...will also request all to avoid...better places in indore with better customer handling.

Very bad service. Waiting time is more than 1 hours, on top of that the staff here is so arrogant that they don’t allow to click pictures, my honest feedback is to fagun would be to focus on improving the service and reduce the waiting time instead of stopping people to take pictures

My worst dining experience ever from all the cities and restaurants I have visited. Taste below average, sweetish tinge in all dishes. Staff extremely rude and misbehaved with me by pushing me. Later they apologised but too late to undo the pathetic behaviour.

we have been there with our friends but, tandoor counter was close that entire day and get nothing to eat. somehow we had our dinner, we ordered dessert and it was the worst Rabdi ever which also cost 200+. rupees

I go out to eat at restaurants 2 times a week and this is the worst experience in last one year. Hours of waiting time, below average food taste, untrained and unprofessional staff. Waste of money!!!!

It took us 1.5 hr to get the table and then when we ordered, it took them another 2 hrs to serve. Food was not upto the mark and the ambience was not worth the wait.

very slow service. if your preference is eat good food, then avoid this place. if ur preference is just to click some good pics, then go ahead with this place.
