I wish I could give them 0.. It was my Mother's bday and I decided to visit this place with my family.. 7 elders 3 kids.. I have paid 3000 rs for their yearly membership.. I got 16 swimming pool passes and many discount coupons.. Today when I entered to this resort they asked me to pay 150 rs for eash person.. I was surprised.. Finally I paid 450 rs plus 4 swimming pool passes and they allowed us to use swimming pool.. (50 rs for swimming costume) Only two of us with two kids entered into the pool.. After 5 mins a guy from their staff came and started shouting.. I had ordered starter and soup but even after one hour they did no served anything.. Finally at 3.30 pm.. We all had to leave that place without eating anything and without using any of their services.. I paid 1200 rs for food which was not delivered.. So totally after paying 1700 rs I had to leave with my family.. (already paid 3000 for membership) It was so insulting and they ruin my Mother's birthday.. Think about all these things before going to that place.. Don't go by pics on Google, actually it's not a resort, it's kinda "lawaris" place which is not secure for your family.. :-/

Today is Holi and I went here for holi party. I paid what they asked but at the end I returned hungry . This is because due to their mismanagement. #dirtytoilets #nofood #noswimmingslides
