The culinary offerings were exceptional in terms of quality and flavor; however, service for our group was somewhat protracted.

Very rude staff (shyam thakur), although his subordinate Arjun Thakur was humble. Shyam doesnt know how to handle and talk to customer. He should learn from his juniors. Food is good

One of the most unhygienic and poorly managed dining experiences I have had My recent visit to Gyaniji Ka Khalsa Dhaba at The Hub, Vijay Nagar (Sector 78) turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences of my life. What should have been a simple dinner became an example of how badly a restaurant can manage food service, hygiene, and customer experience. First, the food quality itself was extremely disappointing. The main course was bland and tasteless, which was surprising given the reputation this place claims to have. However, the poor taste was only a small part of the overall problem. The service and order management were completely chaotic. We had just started with our starters, yet the main course was suddenly brought to the table before we had even finished them. To make matters worse, the drinks arrived only after we had already finished the starters, which shows a complete lack of coordination in the kitchen and service staff. The hygiene practices were deeply concerning. The same staff members who were cleaning tables were also immediately serving food, and from what we observed, there was no hand washing in between these tasks. Watching someone handle dirty plates and then bring food to customers without proper hygiene is extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for any restaurant. One incident in particular was shocking. The staff member who brought our dal and sabzi had her fingernails dipped inside the food while placing the bowls on the table. When we pointed this out and asked her to replace the dish, instead of acknowledging the mistake, she argued that it was not her nail. Even after we clearly pointed to her fingers, she was still reluctant to replace the dish, which reflects a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. The naan breads served were extremely chewy, almost impossible to enjoy. They felt stale and poorly prepared. Another concerning observation was that the staff serving naan were picking the breads up with their bare hands and placing them directly on customers’ plates, instead of using tongs or proper serving tools. This again raised serious concerns about hygiene. To make matters worse, we even saw one of the waiters wiping a wet plate with his apron before serving it, which is completely unacceptable in any food establishment. Overall, the service was slow, careless, and extremely unprofessional, and the hygiene standards appeared shockingly poor. When you combine tasteless food, poor service management, and multiple visible hygiene issues, the result is a dining experience that feels unsafe and unpleasant. This was genuinely one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had, and I would strongly advise the management to seriously review their hygiene standards, staff training, and service processes Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean or professionally run dining environment.

the food is not that great, and a very slow service with a lot of unmanaged waiting. But, if you have contact you'll get it within minutes over other customers
