I have been to Haldiram outlets in Delhi and the taste of the food here in Indore is so poor. Not living up to the name. Menu is limited as well. Also the sitting area is noisy and so much is happening around that u can’t eat in peace. A staff their kept insisting that we shift from a table of 4 as we were only 2 people. But a table for 2 wasn’t empty and 3-4 tables were empty with 4 chairs so we asked him to give any of those to the other guests. Overall bad experience, not going again.

Thought should be like Delhi Haldiram Experience but was wrong. Bhature totally unacceptable and Chaap was so tight /tasteless.

We were a family of 9, visited the restaurant yesterday. First of all inspite of no rush, they can’t take the order properly, takes ages for them. Serving stale food, their quality is not synonymous with Haldiram stores else where. The Raj Kachori’s outer shell was stale and one could smell the oil. The potato served with chola bhatura was perished and tasted foul and still served without even checking. tea is the premixed machine tea, which they don’t tell you in advance. Order one dim sum waited for about 30-40 mins, then when we reminded the server twice he said it’s not available. Totally avoidable especially at a place like Indore where there are so many other options! Haldiram should stick to there Pre-packed ready to eats and namkeens! This restaurant is just not worth it and this is not the review from an isolated visit to this place.

had a dine in at haldiram staff and ambience is good but food was not a good as they severed at an outlet in Delhi Frozen kulcha were used instead of original ones paneer rice bowl included chutneys and add on with more serving but in indore not much satisfied with food

We have ordered kadai Paneer and Dal Makhani, it was worst experience and paneer sabji was as if the paneer had been cut and pulsed in the soup.... dont go and don't waste ur money.

The service is very slow. They don’t give RO purified water and served us water in dirty and used glasses. Veg noodles were very spicy and oily. Food quality is also not good.

Please check Order, they donot Add additional items you add in main menu and take charge of it.

Worst and spoiled food bhatura is frozen and food was not fresh. They are disappointed
