They do not want to serve Indian public...worst part is they have partial kind of self service for Indian main course food..like Punjabi dishes. If you have ordered or taken token at start for rotis, one sabji.and if you want to order for any more dish like rice then again you need to take token while eating ...or else you order for all in beginning but it may waste food if you do not have any dish....but this is their way to serve people..and at an exorbitant prices...Not good if you are going with family having old age people or children's...If you are young enough to get up from your place frequently then it is fine....

review regarding online ordering. I noticed multiple times when ever I ordered online food shreemaya didn't met expectations. last order I placed with dhai kabab. thry sent me panerr pokoda. earlier I order cheese naan and chilly paneer that was also not as per expectations and quantity is also less in online orders. reported to there whats app service insted of zomato but no response from them. made me post today we are going shreemaya from childhood but now I see they are degraded themselves in quality specially in online ordering. I hope they will find a solution for this issues.

After my daughter and my husband had butter chicken yesterday in shreemaya they suddenly felt sick last evening had loose motions and now they are feeling like vomit. i am worried they both might be going through food poisoning because of the quality now they are giving is not at all up to the mark .

They have 2 options in kaju curry.... Half and Full. When ordered full, we got quantity like peanuts (image for reference) which is insufficient for even 2 people. Waiter says it is as per their standard. This summarized our experience today.

I have been visiting shreemaya since a long time. Never disappointed us. But today we got plastic pieces in the special dessert ordered. Its dangerous as kids were also having food. I will rethink before visiting this restaurant again

I went to restaurant as per Zomato's best buffet list but once I went there with my family they said buffet is now closed post covid Zomato should check before publishing such lists

Biryani full of kevda essense and tasteless, butter paneer is having a lot of food color, gulab jamun below average, seriously they need to work on quality
